At Roanoke Ranch for Kids, we are passionate about helping at-risk youth develop into confident and self-assured individuals. Established in 2003, our faith-based mission is to provide a safe haven where children can be themselves. We offer a wide range of activities, from horseback riding to caring for animals, to help children and teenagers learn important life skills like teamwork, responsibility, and leadership that they can carry with them throughout their lives. We believe that by working with these beautiful creatures, children can discover their inner strength and become more resilient in the face of adversity. By helping children find their voice and giving them a safe space to explore their talents, we are able to help them transform their lives.
Mission
Our mission is to help at-risk youth gain confidence and self-esteem through working with horses. To provide an environment where youth can develop a deep connection with horses and build a foundation of skills and values that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
Vision
Our mission at Roanoke Ranch for Kids is to provide every child who walks through our doors with a positive and empowering experience. We believe that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right guidance and resources. We've been fortunate to be able to work with thousands of kids since our humble beginnings.
But, we've only just begun. There are more kids that need help, especially in this crazy world. That's why we're committed to finding ways that will allow us to help even more kids and teenagers year-round. With your support, we can make this a reality and create a place where children can explore their interests, learn new skills, and build lifelong relationships.
